Our October Wisdom Roundtable was so grounding and full of new and exciting energy.
While it is hard to get back into the swing of meeting again after taking the summer off, we had a record attendance with 18 warrior women sharing their afternoon with us.

The exciting part of the growth of the WRT is all the new faces at each meeting. There is always at least one and often more new warriors who are open to finding out more about themselves and their sister warriors.
The way women share what they love and the passion for expanding out into the community is a glorious sight.

Our new wisdom warriors this month were Diane Marie, Carolyn, Janet M., Barbara, Julie Porter, Barbara W (no photo) and Gerry (no photo yet) .. each from a different walk and a different way of arrival. Beautiful!
This monthly gathering of women is building a bridge between communities and extending far beyond the reaches of our beach community. We extend to north to St. Simon's Island, south to St. Augustine, and west into and beyond Jacksonville city limits.

Knowing that our topic was a presentation on Donna Eden Energy Work and also knowing that a major shift is taking place on our planet right now .... I felt strongly about providing a 'Grounding & Renewal Ritual' for the warriors.

My dining room table became the space to begin creating our symbolic Earth Shrines. With a bowl of organic soil, rocks, crystals, and small planter pots to fill, we opened our intention to bring the nurturing of Mother Earth into our life and placed a scoop of soil in our pot, added our rock with our I AM presence on it, then wrote our promises of letting go, burned our paper, used the ash to cover the rock, and then poured purified water over the ash as it washed away allowing mother earth to absorb and transmute the energy. We sang ... we discovered ... we connected. The purpose of the shrine now is to hold our gratitude offerings for the next month as we experience life changing transformation.
Feeling firmly grounded, we were able to open our minds and our meridians as Sally Baldwin presented the topic sharing the daily energy routine that would keep us balanced and present. We learned how to zip and unzip our energy, how to overcome negative thoughts, and so much more.
It was a miraculous day of light.
